How to Use
- Start with clean skin and apply a few drops of face oil or serum to ensure smooth gliding and avoid tugging.
2. Hold the gua sha at a 15–45° angle against your skin for optimal contact.
3. Gentle Upward Strokes
- Neck: Begin at the base of the neck and glide upwards toward the jawline.
- Jawline & Chin: Sweep from the center of the chin out toward the ears.
- Cheeks: Stroke from the nose outward toward the temples.
- Under Eyes: Gently move from the inner corner outward using light pressure.
- Forehead: Glide from the center of the forehead toward the hairline.
4. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times per area, applying light to medium pressure.
5. Follow up with moisturizer to lock in hydration.
6. Clean your gua sha tool with warm water and mild soap after each use.
