What is your shipping policy?

  • All orders are shipped via USPS from Wyoming.
  • Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50 or more!

Can I return my product?

Yes, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our handmade, natural skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at info@cowboynco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please email us at info@cowboynco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is unopened and unused, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you can return the unopened item and place a new order.
