Shipping Schedule
Christmas Shipping Schedule:
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:
- December 17: Last day to ship Ground packages
- December 18: Last day to ship Priority packages
Please order early — holiday volume is high and carriers may experience delays. We are not responsible for delayed orders once they are in the hands of USPS or UPS.
Regular Shipping Schedule:

We ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) from Wyoming

All orders are sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex

Orders placed after 12 PM (MST) on shipping days will be processed on the next shipping day

Ice packs will be included during summer months for heat-sensitive items

Orders of under $75: Flat rate of $7 (Ground) or $15 (Priority)

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Return Policy
At Cowboy & Co., every balm, butter, and oil is handcrafted in small batches with real botanicals and the highest-quality ingredients. Because of the nature of our products — and to preserve the integrity and safety of each item — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or there’s an error with your shipment, please reach out within 30 days of your order date. I’m always happy to make it right.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
Order Changes
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified. This includes:

Adding or removing items

Changing scents, sizes, or quantities

Combining multiple orders

Updating shipping addresses
For subscription orders, please cancel or adjust the subscription 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Once our products have reached their destination, there is no way to guarantee they have been properly stored and are free from contaminants. Under FDA cosmetics regulations, all cosmetic products sold must be guaranteed to be unadulterated. Furthermore, because Cowboy & Co products are made without preservatives, they are especially sensitive to adverse conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, and especially moisture.
For these reasons, even unused returned products could not be resold, as doing so could put other customers at risk of receiving a potentially adulterated or unsafe items.
We advise that you read all ingredients before purchasing. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about our products to ensure they fit your needs.

Ingredients, Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
We list every ingredient clearly on each product page so you can shop with confidence. Please review ingredients carefully for any possible allergens. Cowboy & Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
If you are prone to irritation, we strongly recommend doing a patch test before using a new product. If purchasing multiple items, introduce them one at a time so your skin can adjust.
If you ever experience a reaction, discontinue use and reach out — we’re always here to offer guidance, dilution tips, or alternative ways to enjoy your product.
Scent, Texture & Color Variations
Because our products are truly natural and handcrafted, slight variations in scent, color, or texture are normal. Additionally, the majority of our products are scented with herbal infusions and have a more natural, and possibly lighter, aroma than synthetic-fragrance or essential-oil filled products.
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal scent or texture preferences.
Product Care
Our formulas are made without preservatives, stabilizers, or water. To protect your product:
